Who is this program for


Fitness and nutrition are more than just calorie counting and endless hours of cardio focusing on one goal: aesthetics. It's about finding the foods you love to eat that make you feel good and finding ways you love to move your body to get stronger. The health and fitness industry has a toxic belief system built around an aesthetics-only approach as if fit is a look, typically promoting weight loss as the sole purpose of fitness. 

What happened to wanting to get stronger, improve how we function in our daily lives and feel better in our bodies. We've been fooled by this aesthetics-only approach in the past, which is why we changed the way we do things. Our programs take the focus out of physical transformation and put it back into taking care of mind, body and soul, from the inside out. 

At Plant Based Build, you will never find social characteristics, language and habits that promote/reinforce ableism, fatphobia, racism, classism, elitism, body shaming, or any LGBTQ+ hatred. Everyone is welcome, always.

This program is for anyone who is ready to give back to their bodies and begin their journey to health and well-being. Whether you're new to plant based or a seasoned pro, we provide you with a step-by-step meal plan recipe guide with a supportive community that's got your back every step of the way. 

We built this program to connect with like-minded individuals interested in learning and growing together in a group setting, all from the comfort of your own home. 

Often, the phrase "glow up" gets thrown around, emphasizing a physical transformation. To us, the real "glow up" is diving deep within ourselves and experiencing the mental clarity, spark and power within us just waiting to be released.

Start your 8-week journey with other like-minded individuals in a community full of support, encouragement and motivation led by your coaches, Chantal and Ashton! Through our private Facebook group is where you'll interact with your fellow group members, share your meals, wins for the day, or anything else you need!

Something new to our program: Every week, we will bring on a guest speaker from our community to discuss a topic of their choice. Learn about topics like body positivity, burnout prevention and plant based holistic nutrition. This is something you're not going to want to miss! 


You'll receive an ebook full of our own epic plant based macro-friendly recipes. And trust us, this isn't your typical meal plan. Our meals are tried and true, original recipes from our own, Chantal. Never generic and spit out from an automated program. These recipes are full of flavour, packed with nutrients and full of protein, so you're ready to take on your day with the convenience of meal prep. Experience a meal plan like never before. Learn to meal prep like a boss with easy-to-follow recipes, shopping lists and all the tools you need to slay in the kitchen.

The best part is everyone will be meal prepping the same meals, so you can learn tips and tricks from other group members!


Building both a strong body and a strong mind. At the beginning of each week, you will receive a mindset exercise to work through, with a different topic for each week. Dive into your visions and goals, reflect and let go, and maybe learn something new about yourself you didn't know! 

We give the option to add our home-workout guide to your 8-week program. We know not everyone has access to a gym or feels comfortable in a gym setting. Ashton has created a program that'll leave you feeling strong without stepping foot in a gym! He incorporates different styles of workouts with a large variety of movements to challenge you and have you progressing safely and effectively. No bland or generic programs here!  


First off, I have to say that you two are absolutely amazing. You’re love for fitness and helping others is beyond inspirational and motivating and I thank you for guiding me through this journey. This program has changed my life in so many ways and I am so grateful that I made the decision to join the program, and now here I am 28 days later feeling the best I have felt in a very long time. First time ever going plant based and I loved it. So stoked to continue with this new way of love.

I kickstarted my 2021 with the first PBB challenge in January. Before that I had a very vague idea of nutrition/macros and loved the gym but stuck to the machines as I wasn’t familiar with movement yet either. Not only did PBB provide me with knowledge of movement, form and nutrition, they also provided me with the skills to continue on my health journey with complete confidence since then. I joined the second PBB challenge as well because I knew it would be even better than the first and it did NOT disappoint. 
In total I have lost over 35 lbs this year but also gained so much muscle definition, confidence and really feel like I took control of my life. 
Although I have already been plant based for a little over five years, Ashton & Chantal really changed my perspective on meals and made me more passionate to be in the kitchen again. All of the meals were so easy, nutrient dense and so delicious i almost couldn’t believe it. 
I also have to mention that my morning brain fog & bloating have disappeared completely and I now wake up feeling energized and ready to start my days! I don’t know where my health & fitness journey would be if it were for the lovely people behind PBB. Can’t wait for more challenges to come! xo
