But after going vegan and looking up the ingredients, I had to create a much healthier version of one. This recipe is sugar-free, dairy-free, and made using simple ingredients. Enjoy for breakfast, as a post-workout smoothie or when you need something sweet to sip on! Fuel your body with this Healthy Orange Julius Smoothie Recipe all summer long!
Yields 1 Macros / Serving 400 calories 62g. carbs 32g. protein 6g. fats
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Add less or more unsweetened plant milk to reach your desired consistency.
3. Pour into your favourite smoothie cup, sip and enjoy.
Turn your Orange Julius into a Strawberry Julius by adding 1 cup of frozen strawberries to the recipe!
